this website IS the best (maybe it's just my sick sense of humour though.... or theirs)
This one haunted me for a while. In my memory the girl refuses to look in the direction the guy is pointing at, hence missing his hard laboured proposal, and for that you were supposed to feel sorry for the guy on top of all the sick mayhem. Now that I see it again, I'm a bit releaved as it's slightly different. Still a wonderfully sick piece.
