i went to the doctor after finding some raer in my stoolhe said it was an internal hemmorhoidi would love to believe him but im a hypochondriacshould i get a colonscopy or something?im 25and if it is just a hemi, hook me up with some food ideas that will fill me up...that also arent on the pussy salad tip...yet healthy!thanks

    unless you have a family history of colon cancer, i wouldn't get too messed up about it. if it's painless, bright red, was an isolated event, and not associated with other symptoms such as a change in your bowel habits, i'd work on adding some fiber to your diet. fiber can be found in grains, leafy things, or in concentrated forms such as psyllium husks.
