SECRET OYSTER : Straight to the Krankenhaus, Vidunderlige K??lling [AKA Astarte] & a whole lot of unrelease og version of 2pac songs.

What you know about some Danish fusion terdness? Didn't think anyone was checking for SO outside of DK. "Bellevue" has a bit of as far as I recall.

I'm in the same situation as Day and Monty. Working on music and listening to the same shit overandoverandover again. This morning I've been listening to Ghostface "Fishscale" and Murs "The End Of The Beginning", but now it's back to beats on repeat.

Paul Anka's cover of "Smells Like Teen Spirit". It's excellent IMHO.

Early Patrice Rushen. I think this can give Herbie a good run for his money.

    D'Angelo - Voodoo. Timeless.

The Audience Is Listening - Cut Chemist .... Took about 3 listens to dig it.

  • "The Bible" by DR Hooker off his album The Truth.

This song kicks much ass. Both heavy and psychedelic w/ great drums.

The same goddamn song over and over an overandoverandoverandover all day.

I'm starting to get sick of my own music

    I need silence (and a drink )

or a ...one of the occupational hazards of producing.

i'm listening to keyboard and bass parts recorded years ago, contemplating adding drums and sweetening with a MOTIF ES 8 i'm just getting to know.

Same here, I'm listening to some new beats.

I always did like those soul songs that made begging sound like the hippest thing a man or woman could do!!!

    Well stated.

I'm listening to this beautiful album:

Folks, "Hey, Joyce" isn't the only great Riverside/Popside joint this dude dropped, you know? The production levels on this LP (The Funk Bros!) are just too too much. Added bonus: the "Hand on your hip/let your backbone slip" couplet is working here. That's like the "One for the treble/Two for the bass" of Soul music.

JP: I've still got your gift LP at my house.

    Stealer of thunder.

As BNyce/Son Buns can attest, I've got the real deal.

I posted it up the other day, and since nobody even
goes in that forum, I figured your post might be good
advertising for people to check it out...

Funny, I was gonna ask you the same thing - mine's mono too.

    I just wish "psychedelic shing-a-ling" was a little more...um...psychedelic.

Have you heard The Webs stuff, produced by Lou on Popside?
I just got one of the 45's and it's a total killer.

    Hey,

Earlier this evening, I listened to:

    -"III" and "IV"-The Gap Band.
    -"Love Makes a Woman"-Barbara Acklin.
-"Get on Up and Get Away"-The Esquires.

    Peace,
