Hey ya'llI just got home from Japan + Taiwan. Finatik + I played two gigs in Taiwan and spent the rest of our time clownin', eatin', diggin', shoppin' and sightseein'. Shibuya and Shinjuku are so magical. I was just there in December, i miss it already! Your pix blow mine away, i must say.
It's a skill testing machine (just like the ones to get stuffed toys) to see how many fish you can catch. They used to have them in Japan too until people complained that it was cruel. They're only goldfish, I know, but they are locked up in 100 Farheinheit summer weather in that machine on the street. The little plate goes down and you can see how many fish u can catch and then it dumps them in the jar on the left hand side of the machine. I think you can take the jar out and keep the fish, but I think lots of kids used to just pour the fish onto the sidewalk or something???

I just got back from East records for the first time yesterday. Nice Store! Lots of good funk/soul/jazz shit in there. bit exe, but hey...it's Tokyo.
Did you go to many other stores in Jinbocho? There're a few around.
East Records is dope. My hommie there is good for trades if you got the right records. I don't think I've ever bought a record in there.

I actually made some gyudon last night
I went for work so I got a killer paycheck from per diem and overtime. It was awesome!
