Horace Tapscott Question

So I picked up a copy of the call on the weekend. However it was sealed (there seems to be sealed quantity around) anyway im not sure if it's an original or not. anyone got the orig. pressing details? Thanks in advance.

    it's the original. his albums were never repressed.

    Well, I do know that you could order the LP's directly from Nimbus
    on the internet for $8 apiece up until just recently. If these
    were new pressings or just selling off the initial run is debatable,
    but you could assume DG was getting their stock directly from Nimbus too.
    But the NimbusWest website where you could order them is now down, and
    DG lists the Call LP as "out of stock," so who knows what the deal is.

    Basically, your LP is probably legit, could very well be a "first" pressing,
    but there was stock of it around for over 2 decades, straight from the label.
