Can you Help I.D. this 12'' and/or Label??

I picked this up a month or so ago and Im having a hard time finding information. ESB ( electric sparks band ) - The Wave. LakeFront City Records. Cle. Ohio 1982Says " from the forth coming album PHUNK+ROCK = PHROCK.Produced by. Edward Sparks Jr.

    Just wanted to try this again to see if anyone out there knew anything about this.

    Un-google-able to the highest degree. Funky Sounds.

    Any of you Private Press collectors know of the label listed above at least?

    Any Cleveland Heads out there that see this in the goodwill on a regular basis?

    psssst anyone know anything about a group called The Breath of Life Quintet and an album called "GHetto Child" (its out of san jose i believe)......back to your regularly scheduled strut....
