Just got home a few hours ago from a 3 week vacation with the new wifey and its time to wind down with a joint and some soulstrut. Got to see lots of friends and family, and buying records all the way. Watsonville, CA to Albequerque to Cheyenne, WY to Omaha, NE. We ran through the southwest and met up with Soulstrut stud Hotsauce Herm, who is a fuckin radical dude, and gave my wife his dupe of Undisputed Truth's "Smilin Faces" 45, and took us to the late night flea market to look for records and cholo rap CD's. Thanks again dude, we had a great time. Also on the soulstrut tip, had a great time with AP and my buds sharing "private" moments on a beautiful Los Angeles afternoon near Echo Parque. Rounded off the trip in Eugene, OR with my uncle who's a mad book collector. Dude, its fucking cold in Chicago, all you bastards living on the west coast got it made.

    we sure do. i was jogging shirt-less along La Jolla shores in SD this weekend in 75 degree weather. on the other hand, my girl, much like yourself is bearing the cold in Chi-town. haha.

    Shit, I should be thanking you! You're the newlyweds and YOU brought ME gifts! Ha ha! It was really nice chillin' with you two, though. You're welcome to come back anytime you'd like. Sketchillo can watch your house, weed and porn collection while you're here. Just make sure you lock your closet. I think dude's been getting into your turtleneck collection. Might as well leave him some gel while you're at it. And hey, when you're here you can play Mr. Mom while me and Mrs. Ogre go out and bomb heavens and shit!
