FINE... Ur suck a stickler for the rules! HA... But I still say that Jeep is hella vintage!
Here's a stickler question. If you went to a VINTAGE car show, would a 1988 JEEP Wrangler be included?
With cars, vintage is an insurance category to do with vehicle age. 1989 is about the cut off point now. You're old. Samurai Suzuki is now a vintage P.O.S., as is the plastic Corvette.

Sorry. I was afraid of this - sometimes all the images posted do not show up when I read the site at work. It's strange, some do but not all. Oh well...
Your place of work probably block most photosharing sites, like mine - hence I see a lot of red X's and just plain nothing on many posts. BTW, at home, where there is no such filtering on my connection, I sometimes see the avatars, sometimes not. WTF?
From showandtellmusic.com: "This is a cool record. It's a VW promotional thing where the guy incorporates actual sounds from an automotive plant with jazz music. Each machine or process recorded sets the tone for the jazz piece. Unfortunately, the results aren't what you'd hope they'd be. Pretty bad actually. I appreciate the fact that they even came up with the idea though."
Yeah, Syd did all the concept art from Blade Runner.
He also turns in boats, too:
If you like the stuff, try getting hold of the Studio Image books, they are f*cking mint. My brother, who also digs Mead has the lot, they are like for artists. His site is http://www.stuartjennett.com (shameless plug)

Biggie is Old School.
I was looking for the cover of Chet Atkin's LP Jerry and Me - same car different shot.
It did.

By the way, does anyone here know what kind of ride this is?
Looks way interesting in a wacky way but I don't recognize the front.
I think the car is a Syd Mead penned concept car for GM circa 1970.
Awesome - Thanks!
I just Googled Syd Mead and found all sorts of cool stuff.
