Artist/ LP info request

found an album yesterday by an an Artist named Hayes Cotton. I Think the albums title is "Sweet Angel" or something like that. Came out on the Act 1 label out of Oklahoma City (Private press?)Anyways it has some interesting tracks on some absolute crap and and a really cool cover (in that modern soul black guy wearing a suit type of way)anybody know whats up with this album? Private press? Value? any more music form this artist or label?

    Well I have heard of Hayes Cotton, he released a northern soul/r'n'b gravel-voiced stormer 'black wings has my angel' on 45, a big tune on the UK nothern scene. Not familiar with the album tho' so maybe not much use - P!
