OK< probably not in a Luther Davis style, but I quite like
Final Seconds "Society" (I believe the label is Boo-Koo).

Great mid-70s soul with nice vocal harmonies and lots of strings.

  • Slooooooooooooooooow day at work so here's another batch:

Marvin Sease "thankful for this life" (the pervs first 45..)
Larry Nevilles "this time it's real"
    Big Apple Brass "my home"
Rising Sun feat. Carlos "miami bump"

    thanks for your replies..

I like "West Side Rock" more than "My Home"... thats too soft for me.

What about some more dancefloor-styled tracks?

Family Of Eve - I Wanna Be Loved By You
Bill Brandon - We Fell In Love While Dancing (what is the diff between 45 and lp version? the 12" is not that good..)
    Larry McGee - The Burg
    Brothers Gilmore - I Feel A Song
The Chosen Few - We Are The Chosen Few
Courtail - ..time... (can't remember exactly)
Willie J & Co - Boogie With Your Baby
Record Player - Free Your Mind
    Rare Function - Disco Function
Deep Heat - Do It Again

    .........
