Thanks for asking, T****, been lurking at work. Got a great new job as a mutual fund accountant at Morgan Stanley and tryin' not to F it up by posting too much. I've also been planning a trip to LA on Memorial Day Weekend, to visit Iron Monkey and any other strutters who want to get up.
I got to wish Raj's baby Mia a happy 1st birthday in person this saturday. Cute as the Dickens I tell you!! (post pics plaese Raj)

However when I went in and handled my business I couldn't believe what I saw come out of me I was so shocked I actually called my female co-worker into the bathroom and begged her to look well she finally agreed and we were both at awe. Now that I have two more days to go I find myself more excited than I've ever been about having a bowel movement.

Relaxed like you have never felt before... give your stomach a rest from always mashing up all the crap your eat... your sleep is like deep meditation... you become aware of your body and how it tells you what it needs... your blood flows better... I realized that I had a few more inches than I thought I had... I knocking on double digits door holmes... get that dick control like you had when you were 19... hair growing back... posture better... hearing better... face clearer... sence of smell better... clearer thinking... better sleep... clear eyes... I am already handsome but I looked even better!...

then again these are the results of going maybe 3 or 4 days of absolutely no eating, onll drinking your 64 ounces of distilled water...
