listening to Kingdom Come now... dudes voice might be what's doin it to me... drummer is dope but a bit quiet in the mix.. guitar is too fuzzy if you ask me.. doesnt pack the BALLS of Iommi's Laneys.

    "Shinning Wizards Bring The Rain"

overall sounds a bit pink fairies / deviants. but the overall vibe is way to "squeeze my lemon" bluesy for my tastes.. i need my metal more wizardly and scary.. not to mention hashed out.. this is too close to cheap speed Bad News territory.

  • Well, goddamn... I KNOW you at least like that drumbreak on "Behind The Wall Of Sleep", don'tcha?

    im soooo over breaks.

I will never understand why people would even want to listen to music that doesn't have breaks. It's so easy... skip around to find the break, let it play for those few seconds, make the , then go back to your internet porn. Life is so much easier that way.

yeah, but more psych than anything.

some favorites are Affinity, peanut butter conspiracy, Giant Crab, The Listening etc....

I think this is actually proof that you're not really a rock fan...

ha. that may very well be.

Not to open a can of worms here but, there are many many albums that I have never heard. Peoples jaws drop when I list them.

1: Any Led Zepplin Album. Of Course I have heard the songs on the radio, but other than that I have never owned or listened to Led Zepplin.

2: Any Beatles album other than Magical mystery tour. Although, i am pretty sure I have heard all their songs at some point.

3: Never heard a Rolling Stones album. I love Paint It black though.

the Velvet Underground, the Who, Bo Diddley...

I've never heard Affinity, but based on what I know about the others I'm assuming he likes any oldass 'beaty' music w/crazy sounds, doesn't have anything to do with those records being 'rock'

    im soooo over breaks.

I was never a huge s/t fan. Try Masters of Reality.

Same here, I prefer MOR, Volume 4, Paranoid, or Sabbath Bloody Sabbath. They're all tighter and less jammy than s/t.

    Maybe that's your problem.

I was thinking of other albums people always harrass me about never hearing.

Any Nirvan album. Once again, heard shit on TV and the radio.

    Any Pearl Jam Album.

Please to take a listen into Affinity before judging ... especially "all along the watchtower".

    Thank you
