US hip hop albums that had a foreign release only.

Talking older stuff...Now I have The Together Brothers 1989 album, 'Strictly for Framing' on Blue Chip (was also on German ZYX label) & was constantly searching for a US version. But I gave up many years ago thinking that their never was a US version to begin with. Always thought this was a bit strange. I know there are plenty of 12" singles, like Professor Griff's crew B.O.O.M (Brothers On an Organized Mission) who had two 12"s on M.O.L. & a few others... that had a UK only release. So is this a rarity, or has it happened a few times? And The Cold Crush Brothers 'Troopers' album was only released in the UK & Germany in 88 to my knowledge. I think B-boy Records closed down once they got busted for being a front for a mafia run porn video company & therefore couldn't/didn't put it out. Or so the rumour was back then.

Off the top of the dome, Ultramagnetic MC's second album, De La's 'Buhloone Mind State', Das EFX 'Dead Serious'...
I'm hard pushed to think of anything that didn't get any form of release on wax in the US though.
What's that Together Brothers album like? I'm intrigued...
worst. cover. ever.

i'm pretty sure i have (had?) a us press of this but i can't find it right now
'bullies' or 'hot potato'? i have a pic sleeve 45 of hot potato.
Didn't this have a UK pressing w/ the original title?
NIGGAMORTIS
Japan Only
Definitely a contender for the most homoerotic hip hop album cover.
Awful.
To be honest I haven???t heard it for some time (and its boxed at the moment so I cant check it) but as I remember this album has no redeeming features.
I've had this--or if the copy that I had wasn't a US press, I certainly didn't notice it.
That is their fourth release, and it is a terd. Please do not speak of it.
No
Done by the Forces of Nature was their second album; J. Beez wit' the Remedy was the third one. And only somebody unfamiliar with their catalog would think that their fourth album was any good.
Guilty pleasure..........
LOL! Damn even when giving you info you have to be a fucking prick, I love it.
But you I'm still a fan of that "Brain" single, I was bumping it this past week.
"Hatt" on that ('cause I know you will).
I know there's mad Japan only releases of U.S. artists. Jazzy Sport has some Sa-Ra Ep's, a roddy rod single, and a maspyke album version. Also "Back on the Block" has a japaneese version with some bunk-ass remixes.
I'm the worthless record snob; BATMON is the poster that admitted to liking the JBs' rave album.
I wish I could pretend to be surprised...
well, I wouldn't call it 'rave' music, it was more like breakbeat. and the fact is they were getting more bookings at bigass rave parties after the 3rd album, so they were getting open to those styles of music. It's not like it was a big leap from the guys who were down with hip house from day one.
