When did the famed hairstyle "the fade" become popular?I was looking for this Ted Taylor LP online and couldn't believe his hair. He even has the lines down the side. Can anybody find an earlier "fade"? 1963[/b]

    Al B should have taken it a step further and did the eyebrow shave thing. He should have started in the middle!
