I played a song from the album a few days ago on my show (I'm doing a vinyl transfer for someone and the package included three John Williams albums, one of which was this one).
The one he did for Columbia is good too, but this one has some nice moments "of interest".

What's the title of this one? The other contemporary one Laser Wolf ws talking about?
Not sure, but there's one called Travelling[/b] that is kind of funk/jazz in spots, circa 1978.
Those "John Williams" records are fairly common joints in Australia... Travelling got a nice loop on it, but that Emporer joint is straight ILL! Who sampled that? I've heard a UK track that used it but I'm sure a US artist also rocked it a couple of years back...

peace.
Funny that you mentioned this, since the copies I got (as part of the vinyl transfer I'm doing) are New Zealand pressings.
If somebody out there in soulstrut cyberspace needs this LP, I have a spare copy up for swapz.......
Changes. On Columbia in the US. Changes and Height Below are available as a 2 lp package on Cube UK.
I don't think either are rare or in big demand.
I haven't picked up Traveling so I'll start looking for that.
