Jorge's thread reminded me of Murder Was the Case's soundtrack, where I liked "Murder Was the Case" in the movie more than the one on doggystyle...so i thought, lets reminisce about 90s movie soundtracks, from all the movies referenced in "dont be a menace..." to judgement night's dela track with tom petty, to whatever, just list your fave tunes.
I'l start off with one of the best workout song of alltime, rakim's "know the ledge" off juice...
also cypress hill's shoot'em up, i think off the "who's the man" soundtrack?

Yup!
I also liked the 'High School High' SDTK, even though the movie was way to silly.
BTW, who has a clean copy for me?
Boiler Room had great music, but i don't think they ever put out a soundtrack.
From genuine soundtrack music I like 'Eve's Bayou' by Terence Blanchard. This movie had two releases. One was the typical commercial "mix-tape" affair with tracks that are remotely connected to the movie, the other had the actual background score (but doesn't have the title song 'A child with the Blues' by Erykah Badu which would have been nice).

mostly r&b, but a few gems like jodeci's cover of "if you think your lonely now", and that whitehead bros. song "forget i was a g".
I can't see your pic (red x) but I'm assuming that you're talking about Jason's Lyric. Cosign on the Jodeci song.
higher learning/rage against the machine -year of the boomerang
crow soundtrack/rage -darkness and greed // stone temple pilots - big empty
