    There is NO WAY a card with a limit of $2000 was charged for items totaling $65k. Attempted, maybe, but not actually processed. What confuses me is why Mastercard paged the recipient of the card. The "owner" and responsible party is clearly Red Cross.

    Still...what a dumm ass move.
