Quincy is ill and famous cuz his music speaks for itself over the past, what, 30-40 years. Dude has worked with everybody, but i gotta admit Austin Powers did help him out the last 10 years..... Damn, no you got me second guessing!! HAHA!

    ...because he is huge overseas.

Somone else posted that a long time ago and I just remember it, to be honest.

  • I thought that he was G.O.A.T for Ironside/sanford son/SMACKWATER/ost of your pick,etc
    but yeah
    dude is hella inactive

he can afford to be. he ain't struggling - if he never does another soundtrack again, he'll still have a fat bankroll.

I saw the one on PBS. It was good.

And how can people hate on him because he hasn't put out a good album recently???

He does tv/film production[/b] now. That's like hating on Rob Reiner because he hasn't acted in a good show in the last 20 years. WTF sense does that make.

Whatever, Quincy was banging white chicks back before they became popular fashion attire.

Quincy is a legend. I think he performs alot more now at like smaller clubs. But dudes catalog is classic. He dosent have to make anymore tracks for what he did in his prime. Dude is an excellent producer. He knows how to put projects together well. Now he moved onto bigger and better things like making TV shows (Mad TV) which comedy central has been syndicating for years. So he still is making loot. His son got some classics too in the hip hop field. QD3 did tracks with tupac and alot of other artists.
