What is the deal with this record? It's a 12" on the same label (All American) as that zillion dollar psych record Mylatency found. Going to put it on eBay, but I'm curious. Thank you.
Nitekrawler45 might have some info on this. As far as I know, clifton dyson was a soul/funk musician in the MD/DC area throughout the 70s and 80s. The early stuff is better. What year is that from? I have a 45 that he produced by: the Educators Band 'were doing our thing'. Compaired to all of what I've heard of his so far, it is the best work.
I definitely know Clifton Dyson, as I've had copies of some of his other records. I'm mostly curious as to how this 12" differs from the one of the same name on Motown and what's up with this label and if he was doing tons of fucked up drugs when he decided that was going to be the cover for his mediocre soul record
