What are your personal top five labels to lookout for while digging out in the wild? So far I have seen ATCO and Soul 45's.

    Blue Note, Prestige; any older/boutique jazz labels (highly unlikely at garage sales). Atlantic, Virgin, Roulette...

    You will, for a long time. Keep looking. That's all you can do. The stories of guys finding awesome stuff are after lots, and lots, and lots of looking through the same organ recital, Mantovani, and Ray Coniff Singers albums that everyone always finds. I'd be amazed if I saw Linda Ronstadt or Olivia Newton-John. But people that find gold have to dig through a lot of sandstone-filled clay, I guess, before hitting pay-dirt...
