BadBadNotGood are three young guys based out of Toronto Canada. They met while attending Humber College's Music Performance program. They were failing to impress their instructors with hip hop influenced Jazz performance test pieces. So they took to Youtube with their Oddfuture covers which went viral through the popularity of Tyler the Creator.
They since have gone on to release 4 very impressive releases one which is a collaboration with Ghostface Killah. Along with Adrian younge they're kind of quietly killing the live instrumental Hip Hop scene.
I believe their Boiler Room Session is a great introduction to the band.
