Local media has buyer as:

Wolfgang’s Vault – a Reno, Nev., operation that buys and sells music, film and other cultural items – has acquired the store’s inventory and the Jazz Record Mart name and web site.

When I was there in the 90s the stock was great.
Not so much today, huh?
By the time they are done with their going out of business sales it will be even worse.
