Now, the rapper says his thugged-out modus operandi has changed for the positive and he???s tattooed a butterfly on his right cheek to represent that dramatic transformation. Across from the new symbol is a tattooed tear, an older sign, which embodies a number of negatives depending on what hood you hail from."
