VHS ads in Big Daddy mag or Grandslam

Anyone remember those ads, I believe it was in Big Daddy mag, Grandslam or one of those other hip hop related magazines of the 1990s/early 2000s, promoting VHS-es containing a collection of the weirdest TV moments? Something Cassetteboy or the likes could have done, but can't remember who was behind it. Looked fascinating at the time, but online ordering wasn't as advanced as it is today so I never got to see one of those VHS tapes.

Looking for the title to see if I can source a copy somewhere...!
