I'm trying to find a song that has this very distinct female laugh in it. I'm thinking its some early 90s west coast rap. The laugh kinda has this echo on it and maybe plays a few times throughout the song. It's drivin me crazy. If anyone can help me out I'd really appreciate it.

    Nah it's definitely a rap song. Definitely about some smooth romance type rhymes. I got that down but still can't place it. Thanks though.
