    It's interesting/unfortunate: Rosh Hashanah has gotten something of a black eye in Chicago this year, as the negotiations that could end the teachers' strike that's closed all Chicago public schools for the last week have been put on hold onnaccounta the holiday, which is leading to a lot of approaching-ugly grumbling (e.g. "If it was Easter or something, they would have worked through it!", which I don't think is true at all) among the many affected.
