clear 45 adapters

I've found a place that makes custom printed slipmats.I'm going to get these done for my friend.Now I'd also like to get him a pair of translucent spindle adapters.The metal ones would not match the colors of this design...I think I've once seen some that looked like they were made out of plexy glass,clear and solid... does anyone know where I can find those?Thanx in advanceFrank

Don't know if they still have them though.
