here's some mp3s of some demos and rare records...Kinetic Order-Deconstruct (they were signed to a new divison of elektra, think it was called chameleon, they would have been the first group, but the label folded before anything dropped). This is about '92..http://s62.yousendit.com/d.aspx?id=16RIVWGUTWQD4148Q9RXCV7QM3 Rubberoom-Nocturnal (they had some national fame, this song was never released, but is definitely one of their best!)http://s62.yousendit.com/d.aspx?id=0W0SP6B4INCZ30SXE39XIDEO71 Undaground Soulution-War Of The Words (MC Pathfinder, DJ Pumpin' Pete, & producer KBATE-the were originally known as T.A.P and had a record in '89 this is a couple years later)http://s62.yousendit.com/d.aspx?id=23PXLC11PX0F12Y4M25OD0G5R1 Wildstyle-Mainiacs (my crew from the 80s. This is an '88 demo, can you guess the t.v. show sample?)http://s52.yousendit.com/d.aspx?id=1D2N21KDJKVM201P6375A3N9NI His Majesti-Armed & Dangerous (far as I know, this is the first known Chicago Hip Hop group to put out a record on a prominent rap label. This came out on Egyptian Empire in '88)http://s52.yousendit.com/d.aspx?id=13F04L0Z89UHR0D35N2H4UO312 I got a few more coming up in a second! enjoy these!

  • word up Meaty Bring it on!!!

    here's some others:

D2thaS-Doomsay (They were my favorite Chicago group for awhile. I was really
looking for thier LP Massive Blows that never dropped. Their
most popular song is the Treach diss "Dissin These Fools".
Of course one of the MCs, The Legendary Traxster went on
to make a big name for himself with Twista, Do or Die, etc...

Awesome L-Hellafied Talk (This is a Rakim diss. It's pretty funny. From his album
in '89 on R&R records. Not sure if it's true but I heard the beef was
over Awesome L being Christian and Rakim being Muslim...or something
like that. Produced by Terry Baldwin who had House Music fame)

Steady Serv-You Know The Time (definitely Chicago classic and rare 12". The first
to use the "enter the dragon" loop far as I know. Produced by Andy C
who went on to do some more production thru out the 90s. This is
'94. Oh yeah, cuts by Tone B Nimble of All Natural:
