I'M STILL LOOKING FOR THIS GREAT LP! I HAVE HEARD ABOUT A CANADIAN PRESS UNDER A DIFFERNT LABEL. SOMEONE TOLD ME IT'S THE ORIGINAL AND MOST WANTED ONE!I HAVEN'T NEVER SEEN A CANADIAN PRESS..SOMEONE KNOWS SOMETHING ABOUT?FIND THE STORY OF THIS GROUP HERE!

    Demo Gates was part of that group, no? The OG Canadain would make sense since he spent many years of his live right here in Toronto. I have seen a Canadain press of this, but can't exactly remember what label (there's a Canadian Cotillion so it was likely on that).

    I know. I'm not freaking out or anything. It was just weird to follow that link, and start reading, and realize "Heeyyyyyy....this looks familiar...".

    I didn't even realize it was the artists' website. Makes more sense now, though. It's got to feel good that what you wrote was strong and accurate enough that a member of the band would co-sign like that.

    Dope write-up by the way. Cates linked with Toronto's West Indian community immediately upon his arrival, and most of his records were distibuted/bought amongst that community. Detroit/Toronto links are stong.

    I just heard from Demo this morning. He's going to add a credit to the piece. He wanted to know where I found all the info..
