Songs For Poppers

Hi, I got a Gig at a jam next month. On this Jam there will be mainly poppers. Now here is my question. I know poppers like Zapp/Rodger Troutman hard boogie kind of stuff. I realy need some tips of other groups or tracks, so Please help. What other groups or tracks should or could I play?

    A lot of Troutman, Cameo, Barkays, Zapp most of that stuff is pefect...





    Tracks that are less syncopated & snappy work better tahn rolling drums.

    Early 80s funk & disco Boogie stuff is great as well as some particular Electro & Miami BAss selections.
