so I was getting my dog ready for a walk and as I get to the door I remember I wanted to grab some money for a coffee, so I go back to get some cash and I walk back and my dog is all like "let's go already!" and I say to Zoe, "I just needed to get some money. Real heads know the deal."whattheFUCKdoes YOUR soulstrut life ever cross over into your real life ?

Not really, however, I do use Soulstrut-approved subgenre names such as wizard rock (from Black Sabbath to System Of A Down and the like) and emo rap. I don't use "modern soul" because what's modern now won't be in 50 years. It's 2005: shouldn't we be using teleportion for travel by now?

Yup. I enjoy saying you mad doggie to the hommie polish prince. Uh, and I said weaksauce out loud today.

Hey Mylatency, have you seen the In The Year 2000 book? Heres a few favorites-

The lovable taco bell dog replaces his famous slogan "yo quiro taco bell" with the more direct slogan "woo-hoo,diarrhea party USA!"

Jazz will be replaced by loud slurping noises.

Dolphins will no longer perform for our amusement. Except for the ones from seaworld. They'll do as they're told.

yes! petfinder is awesome and so is the spca. Zoe is from the pound in Chula Vista and there are so many wonderful doggies looking for homes everwhere! If you want a particular breed, try rescue organizations.

I miss walking my dog big time. There is nothing like a good dog walk with a spliff and head phones. When I was in "High' school, I whould take my dog out at night, light up and peep my shitty mix tapes and radio recordings. One such night,(it was 89')I just got 3 feet high and rising,so I threw it in the walkman and headed out with my dog.I stopped about 2 blocks from my crib and lit up in front of a visually appealing house on somebodys green Lawn.About through my second pull off the joint I look down and my dog is taking an obnoxiously Large 18 inch coil of a turd.I look back up and see a not so impressed man with crossed arms and a expression that pretty much said "Ain't that a Bittccchhhhhh"! I wish I had a photo of that dude and his funny ass expression.
    Oh sweet memories.....

Ha ha! Damn, Chris. De La should've called you when they made "Stakes Is High" to get your story.

"When I...first heard...3 Feet High and Rising...I was...."

If you want a Jack Russell Terrier, be prepared for a high energy, tough, temperamental dog. Not that they're bad dogs, one could say "challenging." So if you can't satisfy their need to be active, don't get one. PM me what you want out of a dog and I can lead you in the right direction.
    Peace

    co-sigh...

I am a huge fan of J.R.'s - they are very intelligent little beasts and their temperments are quite variable from dog to dog (just like every other breed) - selection is key as is commitment; they do indeed need a lot[/b] of activity.

    Sobb Story:

R.I.P. Alyosha (Fyodor Dostoevsky, say words.), my 7 yr. old J.R. She was hit by a car and killed a few months back when my former landlord showed our place after to potential tennents. He escorted one potential tennent upstairs and left the other on the first floor, where potential tennent # 2 opened the front door, allowing Aly to dart outside and into the street.
