Paypal Third World Strutters

Been reading the help page at www.paypal.com and found out that I could receive money but only via a check in the mail (no transfers to my bank account). It's for countries like Argentina, Brazil, Chile, etc.

I've been living in a Bidpay world all this time.

Does anybody here work this way with Paypal?
