a team up I thought I would never see...boss man asked me to price a stack of reocrds...peeping the liner notes on T Bone Walker "good feelin'..." Manu Dibango, Michael Sardaby... put it on, nice funky blues record, as one would expect.

I've got two T-Bones from around that time with crazy line-ups... there were other notables, I wanna say Preson Love was among them?

  • no he is not on there...slim pezin is, never heard him until now though, but have seen the name before.

I just got a cool T-Bone Walker crazy lineup record that I had never seen before, about 2 hours ago!

"Super Black Blues" on Flying Dutchman Bluestime from 1969.

    Players:

    Joe Turner: Vocal
    T-Bone Walker: Vocal & Guitar
    Otis Spann: Vocal & Piano
    George "Harmonica" Smith: Harmonica
    Ron Brown: Bass
    Arthur Wright: Guitar
    Ernie Watts: Tenor
    Paul Humphrey: Drums

Only 4 tracks, 3 of which are long ass ill jams.

The whole thing: blues on a level
