did Rammellzee took care of covers of Material's early releases, 'cos those 90s stuff (which are similar to his style) were done by James Koehnline...Rammellzee's interview in the Wire magazine a couple years back was, and still is, pretty
Never really thought about it. Good point. His cover were more late 90's into 2000. They are all of a pretty similar collage style. Also, the LP's have blurbs by him on the inside talking about protecting our selves from the new world order and starting our own.
recordmania was selling the og beat bop 12 with the basquait pic sleeve w/ a fat rammellzee tag on the cover. no one wanted to pay money for it because the recognized artist's coverart was 'ruined' by the undiscovered artist's tag. shit is fanny.
