Looking for a old sample

Hello! thanks to all those who helped me in the previous posting.

Now I'm looking for an old sample, it appears in this rap song, from 0:01 to 0:09 and continues to the end.


Could someone help me recognize that guitar track?

    I get this "Timberlake" kind of subconcious whisper in my mind... Heard it before, esp. the last bar... Could be a Neptunes sample?

    I’m leaning towards Duderonomy’s answer above. It may be sampled from somewhere, but it’s not a real guitar. Mos’ def sounds like a “keyboard guitar”/synth sound, played kind of poorly (if the intent was to make it sound “real”). I may have that exact sound on the Roland Juno G (?).

    Unless I’m missing something/not understanding what you’re asking?

    Yeah to my ears it sounds at best like a sampled guitar note played on a keyboard.
