Information on Hip-Hop Flexi needed

Okay I have asked some collectors I know and googled the shit out of this but I can't find any information on it. It's a Flexi Postcard from Poland. It's for sale at a local shop but I don't know what to offer him for it and he doesn't want to sell until he finds out what its worth. I just want it for the obscurity of the it. Any information would be greatly appreciated.

My guess is, that it is at least as rare and desireable as the Sugahill Gang flexi. It has been sold in the past for 9€. Maybe it can be a reference point.

Wow I would have never expected that Funky Nassau joint to be on a flexi like that either. Thanks for the information.
