In early 1996, Mr. Fine Wine started up his Wednesday-night residency playing soul 45s at the new little bar on Houston Street in Manhattan, thinking maybe he'd try it out for a few months. He never stopped. Please join him in celebrating TWENTY YEARS OF SOUL WEDNESDAYS! Special guests galore will be on hand to help. Just some of the notables who've dropped in over the years: Chairman Mao, Aaron Anderson, Greg Tormo, Cut Chemist, Keb Darge, Matthew Africa, Tim Brown, Butch, Edan, Tony Janda, Dave Rimmer, Brad Hales, George Mahood, Richard Lewis, Gabe and Neal and Tommy and Binky et al., Andy Noble, Pomonkey, Adam Leaver, Nev Griffiths, Liam Large, Val Palmer, Ian Wright, Eddie Vedder, Voodoo Funk Frank, Scott Craig, Larry Grogan, Dante Carfagna...forgive me if I've neglected to mention you!
