Individual Health Insurance... thats affordable?

Since I have recently graduated from college, I am on the verge of the greatest reward: No health insurance.Do any of you guys have any experience with affordable individual insurance plans at all?I'm not really interested in $10 co-pays for doctor's appointments or anything like that, I'm more concerned about catastrophic coverage - like if I get decapitated I won't be bankrupt for life trying to pay to have my head stitched on.I know a lot of you guys are long time self-employed DJs... what's the deal?
