Hola,
I produced a few beat tapes under several nicknames, and decided a few weeks ago to launch a "label". A label that would focus on Digital & Audio Cassette releases.
Gotta thank Dilla and his Ruff Draft EP... It inspired the will to record tracks on cassettes and the Motto of the label.
Decided to call it PARALLAX TAPES.
As everything started on SP Forums, as many artists such as Dibia$e, Selfish., Van45, Culp and many other members inspired me as producer, wanted tracks of the label's first release to be composed by SP-Fam !
Here's a link to our first project , I hope you'll enjoy it.
About 30 producers from different horizons - Japan, USA, Canada, England, France, Australia, Germany, Italy, South America - are reunited on this project.

WHY PARALLAX ?
Parallax can be defined as the apparent displacement of an object, caused by a change in observational position.
Broady speaking we all have a personal understanding and interpretation of reality, and when it comes to listening to a track or an album, we also have a specific interpretation. I'd like people to get involved when listening to music, and project themselves into compositions.
Each release will be limited to 100 physical pieces (0-99). There will only be Music and a printed artwork, but no title and NO TRACKLIST.
