1. With the support of the Program Director, effectively run one weekly music recording workshop. Workshops are conducted on site at an alternative to incarceration program each week. Many of the participants are engaged in gang culture, some substance abuse and most do not currently have any creative outlet but have expressed interest and talents in creative arts.

2. Work closely with interns and volunteers to reach workshop objectives with the youth.

3. Maintain open communication with Program Director by attending monthly programming meeting.

4. Help manage all workshop supplies, including inventory, etc.

5. Successfully manage assessment tools of workshops to include feedback journals.

6. Work closely with Program Director to determine students with exceptional artistic potential and cultivate outside opportunities for them, including extracurricular opportunities or access to social services.

7. Collaborate with Program Director to produce student showcases on-site at facility for youth to exhibit their work to staff, friends or family.
