Question about an old Kid Capri routine (MJ Do You Remember acca-R)

After the 'Something in the way you make me feel' Acca...he drops MJ's DYRTT. I don't recall there being an accapella for that jawn on wax and I can't find one in my limited innerwebs searching. Was that a promo or was he pitching out the accompaniment?

I guess this was 1992'ish? That was before my time, I was just 10 and all that shit was just magic to me. So...were people pitching/filtering their own accpellas live regularly back then or was it pretty amazing that he was doing that, given the era and the available tech?

It seems like a pretty impressive thing to do live in 92...any of yall have any experience/knowledge on that?

EDIT: Youtube comments seemed to be oddly informative (never happens) apparently it was 92 as expected

Seems to me to be a stripped remix on one of the singles. It has those snaps in it. Its on youtube...but i never seen it.
And i don't have the single.
