If he becomes Governor of Arizona then for sure he will be Above The Law. If the Governor's mansion is Under Siege then Segal will be Hard To Kill. I mean Segal is a walking leathal weapon and is a sheriff in three states. He probably pissed off a lot of people making him Marked For Death in some hoods.

IIRC, he has a history of trying it on with any/all of his female leads, to the point of making them sign some kind of space-cake non-disclosure document before they start working with him, that says he's allowed to molest them and things of that nature.
