    I want the eyes on the t shirt to be those little pieces of plastic so the eyes move and shit.

    haha totally! kinda like how those plastic halloween ghosts you buy at the hallmark store make that weird buzzing/whistling/ghost noise. the shirt could have a speaker that just keeps making that noise with the eyes...
