Help Identifying a Cluster/Roedelius Track

Hello all-
I could use whatever help any of you can offer identifying a track that should be by Roedelius, Cluster, or some Cluster related project.
A video was added to the Discogs page for the Roedelius album Selbstportrait Vol. II that says it's for the song Ubern Fluss, but I've listened to that song on the album and I don't think that's what the song in the video is. If you have a minute and some background knowledge on these artists, would you mind checking out the following Discogs link and listening to the SECOND video included in the video section and let me know if you have any ideas as to the real title of the track?
