Northern/Rare Soul Recommendations?

So relative to my digging history, I've really only been into northern/rare/obscure soul about a year or so. However recently, I'm finding that it's taking over my preferences, and I head for 45s at garage/estate sales first now, in hopes of pulling out that soul rarity. Thought I would come here and get some recommendations from the community on their favorite 45 soul tunes... any real uplifting tracks, floor fillers, remarkable vocals...

Some of my current favorites added to my collection (except the first one):

Soul Incorporated - My Proposal (no chance I'll ever get a copy of this, but damn what a song)

    Thanks for the youtubes.
    Really liked the Ethics.

northern/rare/obscure is too hard to get and too easy to sell for me to latch on and get deep into it.
I am happy listening to Deon Jackson, The Capitols and the Temptations.
Better songs and playing than a lot of the northern/rare/obscure, though I understand the attraction.

    Sorry I couldn't help you.
