There's the K-Dee Kenny Dope remix 12" which I absolutely highly recomended
Back in the 80s, as a blues collector I came across Kind David Sings the Blues.
It was always a strange, confusing, disappointing but endlessly intriguing record that got way more spins than a blues record that was never really blues should have. For those who have not come across it, the b side (IIRC) is all instrumental.
