Pgh Vinyl Con returns to Pittsburgh Filmmakers on Saturday, October 27th. Once again there will be approximately 25 to 30 vendors with a grand total of 30 tables full of vinyl records. Eight foot tables are available for $40. Email PghVinylCon@gmail.com if you're interested in vending. Pittsburgh Filmmakers will be providing music-related visual programming throughout the day. This is an all ages event appropriate for the entire family. Admission is $3 from 12-8 PM. No early bird admission. In the meantime we'll be hosting our first PVC Open-Turntable Record Bar/Happy Hour at Eclipse Lounge on Columbus Day (Monday, October 8th). Happy hour went very well this week, people are excited. Here go the updated flier designs. Things are looking good. Tables are filling up with the highest number of traveling vendors to date. I have a few buyers who are traveling in confirmed as well. There will be free beer in the afternoon again courtesy of Yuengling. I'm aiming for 400+ attendees this time around. TITLE TOWN Soul & Funk Party at Shadow Lounge will be the after-party again. Looks like we'll have a few folks from out of town who will probably be spinning with us.
