The Monkees did a song called Randy Scouse Git which is the source for the song Mistadobalina by Del the Funkyhomosapien. Perhaps related? The song consists of the Monkees "scatting" and being "zany."

It's a poppy sub-genre of "unsta-unsta" 4/4 Euro-house that's high on the BPMs, heavy on Fruity Loops-style Moroderisms, with major-key piano/synth hooks. Tends to be very popular at clubs in Liverpool (hence the term "scouse house"), Merseyside and the Northwest of England, and not that popular anywhere else.
