Is the Fillmotions/Young Girls In Motion I just found a boot?

Just found a Fillmotions young girls in motion but the sleeve is not tape on (thin cardstock sealed on bottoms and tops) and cello wrapped with a seam down the middle of the back. Those indications would usually mean reissue to me but the vinyl looks authentic enough.

Was this booted? Does anyone have a copy that is actually a heavy cardboard tape on sleeve?
