Randomw Song ID needed

Heard this song on a mix by Free The Robots and I was wondering if anyone could ID it? It sounds like its from late 60s early 70s and the lyrcis are something like " your brother's gagged and tied to a chair / could you please come to Chicago and sing for the time". Not the most info, but it was worth a shot. Thanks in advance.
